Every Filipino is hooked to the hit Korean novela of ABS-CBN - My Girl whose soundtrack was popularized by their very own hunky boy-next-door Sam Milby. Sam has this credibility effect that when he sings the soundtrack, it becomes a hit. Just like his previously promoted sure-hit Korean novela entitled "Only You."

"My Girl" shifts the primetime aura of television from heavy dramas to a light romantic comedy. Just like what Jan-Argy Tolentino says, "whenever I watch My Girl, I seem to apparate from all the problems and challenges that I faced the whole day."



Anika, Niko, Julian and Jasmine are the main casts of the "My Girl." Anika is the tennis player girlfriend of Julian, the supposed cousin of Jasmine, the heroine. Niko is the friend of Julian who is secretly in love with Jasmine who is in turn, in love with Julian. Many viewers say that Anika is very pretty but I think otherwise. I love Niko; he's the martyr type of friend who's like a knight in shining armor; only that Julian's armor is a lot shinier. Julian is such a hottie. Every angle and every look never fails to create giggles from the kikays. Actually, I compete with my neighbor in giggling whenever Julian and Jasmine has this kilig scene. I see to it that I giggle louder than her. Hihi!
